10-Minute “Painstorm”

Athletes will have 2 minutes on each movement to amass as many reps as possible. Score is total cumulative reps of all movements, including lunges; i.e., athletes will keep a running total of reps all the way through the 10 minutes. The score is one large number that will include 2 sets of each movement plus 10 sets of lunges (60).

Perform 6 overhead lunges (45/25) every minute on the minute, including Minute 0.

0-2 – Air squats

2-4 – Push-ups

4-6 – pull-ups

6-8 – burpees

8-10 – barbell thrusters (45/33)
