Score is combined meters

Then 3 rounds of:

10 toes-to-bars

20 push-ups

Score is time to completion of the 3 rounds.

These can be considered 3 separate workouts, and you can rest as needed before completing each one. You can also adjust the order in consultation with your coach For example, you can do the couplet after the row, or between rowing sessions. It does not have to be directly after the row.
