6 p.m.

7 p.m.

Squat, 3 reps

Press, 3 reps

Work your way up to a heavy set of 3 squats with excellent form. This doesn’t have to be a max attempt. Form will determine load. Same rules for the press.

Spend extra time rolling out, stretching and mobilizing.


Skate Skiing in the Dark?
