Workout: Feb. 2, 2012


As many round as possible in 15 minutes of:

10 ring dips/dips

20 push-ups

50 double-unders (or 100 singles or 20 triples)

Before this workout we’re going to spend some time going over kipping ring dips and practicing double-unders–and maybe even triple-unders.



Skate Skiing in the Dark?

We head to Mount Evergreen and ski under the stars, then plink some targets at the Lake of the Woods Gun Club.
