Ladder – you have 1 minute to perform each couplet:

1 squat clean (135/95)

1 pull-up/ring row

2 squat cleans

2 pull-ups/ring rows

3 squat cleans

3 pull-ups/ring rows

Etc. until you cannot complete the work in the minute. As soon as you do not finish a round, complete the following:

3 rounds of:

15 box jumps

15 KB swings (55/35)

If you are scaling the pull-ups, do ring rows (no bands today).
