Valentine’s Day Massacre

In pairs, with only one partner working at a time:

40 HSPU or 60 push-ups (make sure the push-ups are challenging – elevate feet, etc.)

50 power snatches (95/65)

Row 2,000 meters (each partner must do at least 750 meters; off partner must hold plank or glute bridge while “resting”)

50 burpees

50 ring dips/dips

If we have an odd number of people, we’ll scale the reps appropriately for an individual workout.

Like any relationship, the key to success here is communication with your partner.
