Workout: Feb. 11, 2012


There are two options for this workout depending on whether you did deadlifts and squats in yesterday’s Pick Yer Poison workout:

Option 1

Deadlift 5 reps

Overhead, front or back squats 8-8

Option 2

Shoulder press 5 reps

Incline or flat bench press 8-8
