Three’s a Crowd! 5 rounds, one minute on, one minute off of the following movements for max volume: Assault bike calories Bench Press (135/95lb.) Deadlift (185/125lb.) You will complete all 5 rounds at each station before rotating. Total working time is 15 minutes.
