Back squat 3-3-3

Deadlift/sumo deadlift: 1 heavy set of 5 (good form!)

Build on last week’s numbers. The deadlifts are not a 5-rep max. They are 5 heavy reps with impeccable form.

Today makes it one complete year since Josh stopped smoking. Congratulations on making an amazing improvement in your life.
