10-Minute Painstorm

4 burpees every minute on the minute (WOD starts with 4 burpees)

Minutes 1 and 2: Jumping lunges or lunges

Minutes 3 and 4: Push-ups

Minutes 5 and 6: Jumping squats

Minutes 7 and 8: Hollow rocks

Minutes 9 and 10: Speedskaters

Immediately following 10:00 mark:

2 full-bear crawl laps of the gym outside the red columns
