Deadlift 5 reps

Work to a heavy set of 5 reps with good form. This may or may not be a 5-rep max. Form – and a lack of bouncing – is more important than load. If you bounce reps, you will get to lift the iron plates. Classic competitors should consider this a heavy set of 5, not a max set.

5 max sets of hollow rock, 1 minute rest between sets.
