4 minutes to get through as much of the following as possible. Rest 4 minutes while partner goes, then 8 minutes to get through as much as possible (start at the beginning each time):

30 thrusters (45/33 lb.)

20 toes-to-bars

30 box jumps (24/20 inches)

20 sumo deadlift high pulls (95/65 lb.)

30 burpees

20 shoulders to overhead (135/95 lb.)
