This week we’ll be doing some variations of a few 2011 Functional Fitness Games workouts!

Skills challenge:

L-sit for time (2 attempts max)

Max-distance handstand walk or max-time handstand hold (freestanding or against wall) (2 attempts)

Max snatch in 5 minutes

Max weighted chest-to-bar pull-up or max pull-ups (as many attempts as we have time for)
