5 sets of 1 power clean and 5-10 front squats

3 minutes of rest between sets

For people with good cleans, you’ll do 5 squats at a heavy load. For people who are still working on cleans, you’ll do 10 front squats with a lighter load to dial in the form while you rack up some volume.
