10 deadlifts 10 floor presses Run 200 meters

The limiter is the floor press. You use the same bar for both movements, and on the last deadlift you load the bar in the rack for floor presses. If your press weight results in a deadlift bar that’s very light, strive for perfect form at high speed on the deadlifts.
