Remember there is no 8 p.m. class tonight. The gym will be open for Classic competitors to do last-minute prep for the competition.

10 rounds of:

Sprint 200 meters

Rest 2 minutes between sets

Be sure to come out and watch some of Canada’s best athletes at the Functional Fitness 204 Classic on Aug. 18! All regular classes cancelled. The event runs from 8 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., and it’s going to be amazing!
