Polar Bear Complex

5 rounds of the following, with 2 minutes of rest between rounds:

7 reps each without putting the bar down:

1 power clean

1 front squat

1 push press

1 front squat

1 push press

So if you’re doing the math, each round has 35 reps, and there are 5 rounds. You can add weight each round if you like, and the goal is to end with a very tough round.

Remember: don’t put the bar down during the rep – each clean-squat-press-squat-press complex should be unbroken.

Your form should stay excellent regardless of weight!
