1 x 5 deadlifts

Sled push for max distance in 5 minutes

Burpee broad jumps for max distance in 5 minutes

If it rains, the sled push will be replaced with something equally awesome/challenging.

Form notes: We’re working up to one heavy set of deadlifts after a solid warm-up. That set doesn’t have to be a new record, but it might be.

Your form will be strictly evaluated on the deadlifts. No bad reps will be allowed or accepted. Lift heavy safely!
