Oly Day

Hang power or hang squat snatches 3-3-3

Hang power or hang squat cleans 3-3-3

Competitors and advanced athletes will do the following instead:

Barbell complex – 5 sets for max weight of 1 snatch balance + 3 overhead squats

Snatch high pulls 3-3

Wide landings are NOT permitted. If you land wide twice in a row, your load will be reduced.

You may use straps for the high pulls. If you find your hips coming up early at the bottom or if you lose your balance at the top of the lift, reduce the weight and focus on improving your technique. Perfect pulls are preferred to max load.
