Row 1,000 meters

Immediately work up to a heavy thruster in 8 minutes

Run 1 lap of the block

If you’re able, you will clean the weight off the ground first, and you can go right into a squat-clean thruster or use a power snatch and a thruster. If the clean limits the thruster a great deal, your coach will set you up in a rack.

You’ll post a total time for the workout as well as a max thruster weight.
