10 rounds of:

1 deadlift (225/155)

10 toes-to-bars (hanging leg raises)

20 double-unders (30 singles)

Time cap: 25 minutes

The number of deadlifts increases each round: Round 1 = 1, Round 2 = 2 … Round 10 = 10.

If you complete the workout, you’ll perform 55 total deadlift reps. Your coach will help you choose the right load to avoid hamstrings like piano wire the next day.

Toes-to-bar reps will also be optimized to avoid hand tears and abs that become tender to the touch for a week.
