Workout: April 19, 2012


Round 4

4 minutes at each station (2 minutes between each station):

1. Max meters on rower

2. 7 front squats (155/115) + 7 burpees

3. Max wall-ball shots (20/14 lb. to 10/9 feet or 45/33 lb. thrusters)

4. 5 ring dips + 60 double-unders or 60 singles

Score each one separately in total meters on the rower or total reps for the rest.

If you can do double-unders, you must do them. If you can do some doubles, do as many as you can and then switch to singles for the rest of the set.
