Time trial: The Dr. Frank Albo Mystic “1K” Loop

If you’re still learning the Olympic lifts, your coach may alter the movement and the rep scheme. The goal is to learn great technique, then move some heavy weight–not the other way around. Technique investments today pay off in PRs tomorrow.
