Friday the 13th: Part Burpee

Ladder in 6 minutes of:

1 power clean

1 burpee

2 power cleans

2 burpees

3 power cleans

3 burpees

Etc.

Your coach will determine your weight and will lovingly beat you with PVC if you pull your cleans with a round back.

Afterward, we’ll have extra time for skill work: muscle-ups, ring dips, chest-to-bar pull-ups, handstand walks, air-guitar solos, double-unders, tire flips, etc.
