Back-40 Fight

In pairs:

Each pair must do 12 lengths of heavy prowler pushes

One partner pushes while the other does kettlebell swings (55/35) and/or air squats

Each partner can only do one length at a time, so there will be trade-offs and sprinting between equipment

We’re going outside for this one. Dress like you mean business.


Skate Skiing in the Dark?
