Front or overhead squats 3-3-3

10 max-effort field sprints (30-second rest between each)

If mobility is an issue, your coach will have you use a back squat, but the load will be less than you did on Monday. If you use a back squat, make sure to spend 10 to 15 minutes at the end of class working on mobility for overhead and front-squat positions.
