25 pull-ups (w/ weight if possible – 20 lb. recommended)

Hydrant run w/ 25 lb. plate

25 handstand push-ups

Hydrant run w/ 25 lb. plate

25 chest-to-bar pull-ups

Hydrant run w/ 25 lb. plate

25 burpees

We will have substitutions for all movements.

It looks like it might be chilly tomorrow, so dress appropriately or plan to run very quickly.
