Don’t forget to log your results on the Scoreboard!
Rules
1. You must register the score at Functional Fitness 204 or in a competition. (Your past records or records from outside the gym are cool but don’t make our scoreboard.)
2. If a coach tells you the score didn’t count for any reason (squat depth, push-pressing a strict press, etc.), it doesn’t count.
3. Someone must see you do it. Added street cred for having someone count and judge your reps.
Last night’s 3RM deadlift is a scoreboard WOD, so log in and record your score. The 3RM press will also be on there shortly.
If you scaled a workout (band pull-ups, for instance), do not click the RX box. If you did the workout exactly as it was written on the whiteboard, click the RX box.
If you don’t have a log-in, click “register” and set it up!
