The 204Lifestyle MuscleCinno

Protein powder and shaker cups are a staple for most serious athletes when it comes to their nutrition. In fact, even your novice lifters and healthy lifestyle newbies are likely to be toting around some kind of whey protein in their gym bag. It’s convenient, affordable and an easy win when it comes to adding protein to your daily intake.

The drawback is that it doesn’t always taste great. Supplements have come a long way, and if you put in the time and effort you will likely find one that tastes delicious, doesn’t cause digestive woes and mixes pretty decently with water when you’re on the go. But let’s be real – protein powder mixed with water serves a purpose, but it’s not high on the list of “favorite foods” for most folks.

The Musclecinno might just change the game for you. We created this drink to help you add protein to your diet, give you a little boost of energy via some caffeine, and help eliminate FOMO when it comes to whipped coffee beverages if you’re tracking your macros. This beverage is a winner. Try it as a snack, or a post workout beverage.

-150 ml of cold brew (Starbucks)

-37 grams of Belgian chocolate protein powder (Progenex)
