Tonight will run slightly late due to a large ratio of men to women. But where else would you rather be on Friday night? When entering the gym, pay attention to which areas are marked for competition and which are warm-up. Please do not move skipping ropes and wall-balls. We’re going to run things very tight tonight. With reference to the heat schedule posted to the right, the person listed “clock” will be getting you ready to go on time. The person listed on “rings” will be making adjustments, and there are only three minutes to do so, so please be ready as soon as the previous heat is done. Good luck to all! We will do a short briefing at 8 p.m. sharp, and Heat 1 will go at 8:05. Please come early to warm up if needed.
