[/caption] Due to popular demand, and a lack of Saturday-night party animals in our membership, we’re expanding our Sunday-morning slots to make sure everyone can get into a class. We’re adding one new class and changing the start time of the other, as well as the Dale’s Garage session. As of May 13, the Sunday schedule will be as follows: 8:30 a.m. – Class 9:30 a.m. – Class 10:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m. – Dale’s Garage There will be no changes to the programming. The 8:30 and 9:30 a.m. Sunday classes will be normal workouts, and the Dale’s Garage session will remain a supervised but uncoached open-gym session.
