Mike Booth Running Class

[/caption] On Oct. 3 at 6 p.m. the barbells stay in the rack as we welcome four-time Manitoba Marathon champion Mike Booth of Massage Athletica. Running is incredibly complex, and most people have never been taught how to run. You might also have a lot of questions about running. Is barefoot running a good idea? What’s with those minimalist shoes? Should you strike with your heel? Can you be strong and fast? What’s Pose Running, and how does it work? Mike can give you a host of ways to improve your stride by teaching you basic mechanics, and he’s a great resource if you have questions. He’ll also put you through a workout.
