Workout: March 12, 2012


How far up the ladder can you go in 12 minutes:

3 deadlifts

3 chest-to-bar pull-ups

3 deadlifts

6 chest-to-bar pull-ups

3 deadlifts

9 chest-to-bar pull-ups

And so on….

The deadlift loads will be assigned individually by your coach.

Competitors: We have not yet seen deadlifts or pull-ups in the Open, so please don’t overdo it here, and avoid hand tears at all costs.
