[/caption] As is tradition, there will be a holiday WOD on Thanksgiving Monday, and all other classes will be cancelled for the day. The workout will start at 11 a.m. and will probably take us to about 1 p.m. Please sign in for the workout as you normally would. If you have any problems doing so, please email info@Functional Fitness204.com and we’ll sort it out. A system glitch sometimes won’t allow you to sign in, but we can fix that. This will be a team WOD, so you MUST sign in by 6 p.m. on Sunday, Oct. 7, so we can make teams. We have lots of new members, and this workout is a great chance to make new friends, meet new people and see athletes who generally come at different times–as in, “Who are those morning people at the top of the whiteboard every day? Do they really exist?” And remember: The beatings will continue until morale improves. That is a promise.
