With Good Friday and Easter Sunday coming up, please note the following schedule changes:
April 6 – Good Friday
One workout only at 4 p.m. It will be horrible.
April 8 – Easter Sunday
Closed. Use the day to recover from Friday’s workout.
Due to a computer glitch, some of you will not be able to sign in for the Holiday WOD on April 6 at 4 p.m. If that is the case, please email info@Functional Fitness204.com and we’ll fix the problem.
Also, please note that some 8 p.m. sessions in the coming weeks will be dedicated to the On-Ramp Program.
