Why: It’s good for us! Walking is a great way to manage our stress, enjoy the outdoors, get away from our screens, and keep our non exercise activity high. We need more Good Vibes right now!

1st place: $100 gift card to the Keg
2nd place: $25 gift card to the movies + $25 Starbucks gift card
3rd place: Free Inbody scan with 204Lifestyle and nutrition consult
For Good Vibes Only:

The Rules
– Starting April 1st, you need to log your daily steps. This must be tracked with a device. Fitbit, Iphone, or Apple watch, anything that can track will work.
– Post a selfie or picture everyday in the Pirates group with your total steps for that day. Include one daily positive vibe. This can be a happy thought, a positive interaction, something awesome you encountered in nature, or a human who did something nice for you. Write a poem about how much you love the Pirates! The idea here is positive vibes only. Imagine the impact of 50 people collectively sharing good vibes only everyday over the month. We need more of this right now!
– The Good Vibes Only prize will be decided by CKP and MW. This is all about participation and effort.
– On April 30th, submit a picture of your total steps for the month to the pirates group. Prizes will be available once social distancing is over.
