And Now for a Taste of Things to Come: Drop-In Week

[/caption] During the week of July 4-8, we’ll be offering drop-in sessions at Functional Fitness 204 for one week only. If you’re interested in seeing what Functional Fitness is all about and giving the program a try, please send us an e-mail to let us know what session you’d like to come to. We’ll give you all the information you need, and then we’ll put you through an entry-level Functional Fitness class that will give you a taste of what you can expect from our classes.

July 4-8 drop-in classes: 6:30 and 8:30 p.m.

Saturday, July 9, drop-in class: Noon.

Please come at least 20 minutes early, and bring water! You don’t have to train for these classes. All fitness levels are welcome. We’ll teach you a few movements and put you through a short workout, and we’ll answer any questions you might have. It’s a great way to dip a toe in the water before diving in! The cost for these sessions is $15 each (cash only). Following the week of July 4-8, we will have a weekend class where drop-ins are welcome to try the program, but the way into our regular group classes will go through our On-Ramp program–six small-group sessions where we’ll teach you everything you need for success. You can bypass the On-Ramp if you’re an experienced Functional Fitnesster with good movement, but we’ll evaluate that on a case-by-case basis.
