Strength, Endurance and Power Challenge

1RM weighted pull-up (chin over bar)

Max set of handstand push-ups

Max box/tire jump

If you can’t do a weighted pull-up, you’ll do a max set of pull-ups or ring rows or body rows–no bands today! Then you’ll do some extra strength work assigned by your coach to help you improve.

If you can’t do handstand push-ups, you’ll do a max set of push-ups or incline push-ups–no bands here either. Then you’ll do extra pressing work.

And we’ll use tires, boxes and plates to try some jumps for height. If you don’t feel comfortable jumping on something high, you’ll do 8 sets of 3 tuck jumps from a seated position.
