5 rounds of:

8 body-weight back squats

12 box jumps (24/20)

Squat weight will be calculated by your coach. The goal is to find a challenging weight you can handle for multiple reps with good form. Keep in mind that heavier is not necessarily better.

If your squat is well over body weight, go with body weight and make them fast, solid reps.
