The [204] Strength program is designed to offer athletes a chance to focus on Olympic weightlifting and powerlifting. In an eight-week block with one focused session per week, athletes perform workouts programmed to improve strength and power, particularly with relation to the snatch, clean and jerk, squat, press, and deadlift. Times Session: Noon-1:30 p.m. on Saturdays.
