The 204 Gymnasty coaches![/caption] 204 Gymnasty will kick off this Dec. 1 and run for 8 weeks into the new year. Prepare to get your first muscle-up, improve the skills you already have and learn new and exciting movements! The regular Gymnasty workouts will still show up in group classes. This program will focus on more advanced skills and drills, and you’ll spend the full hour training body-weight movements. The 204 Strength club has been a huge success, and we will also continue to offer this program in regular cycles. So don’t worry, your gains (aka, “gainz”) aren’t going anywhere. Gymnastics is a really important element of Functional Fitness, and we’ve learned through our barbell club that regular exposure and practice help our athletes improve. The progress has been nothing short of staggering on the barbell, and we know that you can experience the same success with gymnastics. Regular practice of gymnastics skills will pay off: As you learn to control your body with more precision, dealing with external objects will be easier. Sherri, with the help of Geoff, will be leading the program. If you’ve had the opportunity to watch Sherri do muscle-ups or Geoff walk on his hands, you know why they’re in charge. The program will run on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 8 p.m. for one hour. The cost will be $42.00 a month in addition to your current membership (members with a once-a-week membership are not eligible for this pricing).
