High-rep deadlift practice–we’re going to drill form on deadlift reps so you know how to stay tight when deadlifts show up in a conditioning workout … like the one below.

3 rounds of:

10 deadlifts (coach will assign weight)

10 chest-to-bar pull-ups or ring rows
